New All Seated Class for Seniors

Join me for my seated Move it or Lose it keep fit class. Just right for you if you have issues with your balance and mobility. Numbers are limited for this six week course which starts Wednesday May28th at 4pm Bake House, st. Mildred’s Road, Westgate on Sea, CT8 8RE (road between the cinema and the bookmakers) Message me if you would like to find out more! First lesson is a free taster session 😊
