Drum Therapy with Leon. A socially connected workshop with heaps of benefits, both physically and mentally. You don't have to be a percussionist or musician. The fun and absorbing Drum therapy sessions are designed solely to get you connected with yourself and others on a mindful level.

Basic rhythms and patterns are taught at a pace that suits you.
