FloatFit Express

A dynamic yet low-impact workout on water to build fitness, strength and balance using a pool balance board. Express is a 30-minute total body workout for multiple muscle groups.

Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for those over 55 in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council. These subsidised activity courses have been made possible through Kent County Council’s community-based wellbeing services fund. We are proud to be a delivery partner for this service, which Social Enterprise Kent is leading throughout Thanet and the South Kent Coast.
