Mindful Walking in Nature Weekend at Fair Harvest Permaculture, 1st & 2nd November 2025
Times: Saturday, 8:30am & 3:30pm; Sunday, 8:30am.
Location: Fair Harvest Permaculture Farm, Carters Rd, Margaret River, W.A.
This weekend retreat, led by Regenerative Bushland Manager, Permaculturalist, and Universalist Buddha Dharma Teacher Lama Sonam / Ian Hackett, offers participants the opportunity to learn mindful walking techniques in nature on the beautiful Fair Harvest Permaculture property, revealing and connecting the inner and outer aspects of experience.
Sonam will introduce practices for walking the land, respectfully moving with country, interacting with landscape ecologies through the sensory body, and understanding the relationships between the mind, body, spirit and environment.
Stay on-site for the weekend or attend classes daily, staying off-site.

To join the mindful walking sessions, please fill in the Registration Form (see ticket link). A range of cost options will be sent for you to choose what you can afford. These options cover classes only and do not include camping. Cost options range from $100 to $160

With over 30 years of experience in regenerative bushland management, organics, agriculture, and permaculture in diverse Australian landscapes, including the Northern Jarrah Forests, Great Southern and Southwest of W.A., Sonam has worked on environmental programs in the remote Kimberley, Daintree, and Northern Rivers region of NSW.
