FunDaMental flow is gentle and aimed at improving nervous system health, boosting metabolism, decreasing pain and strengthening core stability muscles for lasting success. Everyone 16yo and over welcome.
🌻FunDaMental Reset @5pm - Reset is a group class that offers gentle breathwork and meditation along with fun awareness activities designed to unlearn old patterns and re balance our mindset and body. Reset is a great way to connect with community and harmonise your relationship with yourself. Everyone 16yo and over welcome
