Equine Yoga Experience

A beginner-friendly practice that combines yoga, meditation, and breathwork with the calming energy of horses. In this unique experience, you’ll practice yoga poses and mindfulness exercises in the presence of friendly, experienced horse partners. No prior horse or yoga experience is required

Whether you’re new to both or just looking for something different, this practice is designed for everyone. Your journey begins on the ground, with the option to mount and practice with the horse after your first session, subject to teacher approval. Discover a deeper connection to yourself and the animals around you through this tranquil and enriching experience.
