Join us for a outdoor breathwork and immersive sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore balance physically, emotionally, and mentally.

• Sunset and mountain views in a peaceful outdoor setting to reconnect with nature and self.

Important Notes
Please bring:
• A yoga mat or blanket
• Comfortable clothes
• A cushion or pillow if you would like extra support

Before you arrive:
• Avoid caffeine for at least two hours beforehand
• Eat lightly or not at all before the session
• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
Contraindications
Breathwork is generally safe but is not recommended if you:
• Are pregnant (unless cleared by your doctor)
• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Have bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other serious mental health conditions
• Have severe cardiovascular issues such as uncontrolled high blood pressure or recent heart surgery
• Have a history of retinal detachment or glaucoma
