Inspired by techniques from Krav Maga, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and the experience of Special Forces, this training will teach you how to close the distance, neutralize an attacker, and regain control.

The Clinch and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu: The Origin of a World-Renowned System
In the 1920s, the Gracie family developed a jiu-jitsu in Brazil focused on real self-defense, tested in the famous no-rules Vale Tudo fights, the ancestors of modern MMA. Their goal: to survive and control, regardless of the opponent.
✅ UFC 1 – 1993 (United States):
Royce Gracie, frail but technical, shocked the world by defeating powerful opponents without exchanging blows. Using the clinch, he closed the distance, gained safety, neutralized, and submitted, all while remaining calm and structured.
✅ Pride 1 – 1995 (Japan):
His brother, Rickson Gracie, perfected this approach in one of the biggest MMA events. With a unique combination of breathing, timing, mental mastery, and close-quarters control, he established Gracie Jiu-Jitsu as a global benchmark for self-defense.
