We’re excited to offer a FREE 6-week Women’s-Only Introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu starting Monday, May 12th at 9AM at Ironwood Jiu-Jitsu in Marana. Classes will be held once a week on Mondays.

This course is the perfect way to explore the art of Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment—no experience needed.

Led by Gabby Flores, a Brown Belt with over 15 years on the mats, this course covers all the major offensive and defensive positions in Jiu-Jitsu. Gabby is a patient, skilled instructor who has helped hundreds of women build confidence and find their strength on the mat.
