About the event

Youth Yoga at Maquoketa YMCA
Yoga + Storytelling + Creative Expression + Free Dance + Mindfulness Practices

These classes introduce kids to the world of yoga through animated poses, books, music, and games.

Little yogis will enhance fine motor skills, develop coordination, and practice self-calming techniques through breathing exercises in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Ages 5-10. (Children under 5 must be accompanied by caregiver.)

Free to YMCA members. Non-members welcome with day pass.
