Ayesha Dolasa of Nobel Mushrooms will be digging into Mushroom Basics: Growing for Food & Health.

Ayesha has been in the field for over 20 years. She and her husband founded Nobel Mushrooms in 2017 which provides organic mushrooms to wholesale accounts and farmers markets. They also provide cultures, spawn, mushroom blocks, and other growing supplies to local farmers so they can grow their own. Learn how you too can cultivate mushrooms and all about their medicinal and nutritional benefits.

Our programs are open to EVERYONE, come check us out, have a snack, maybe win a raffle prize and make a new friend.
