These instruments are carefully selected not only for their beauty but for their ability to support energetic alignment, soothe the nervous system, and awaken intuitive connection.
We’ll begin with a short, gentle guided meditation to help you release tension, connect to your breath, and settle fully into the present moment. From there, the soundscape takes over—layered vibrations and tones weaving together to create an experience that soothes the nervous system and nourishes the soul.
No meditation experience is needed. This space is open to everyone - just bring yourself and a willingness to receive.
