Event Description:

Begin with an hour of silent yoga, moving mindfully through poses inspired by the natural rhythms of the day — from the quiet awakening of dawn, through the vitality of midday, to the calm settling of dusk.

This gentle, meditative practice invites you to turn inward and attune to the subtle flow of prana — the life force — as it rises and shifts through the body in harmony with the cycle of the day.

In the second hour, recline and receive a deeply immersive live sound journey. Layered with American Indian flutes, crystal singing bowls, handpan, and guitar loops, the music reflects the energy of the day’s arc — guiding you toward stillness, resonance, and balance.

Through movement and sound, this journey offers space to breathe, realign, and return to the steady rhythm within.

No yoga experience needed.
