About the event

VFW Commander Jon Hinker/Woods n Water Ruck III
This is ruck III for the NJ VFW State Commander's Project of 2025 being ran by Commander Jon Hinker.

We will meet at VFW Post 7679 in Mantua, NJ at 1000. feel free to arrive earlier to get acquainted and signed in before we get started with our ruck.

We will provide bottled water and some healthy snacks for all. If you are able to wear a ruck suck, please put at least 22lbs for 22 Veterans a day. Whether you are already rucking or sitting in the house playing video games, you can benefit from this event.

Being active is very beneficial for our overall health - mentally, medically and physically. Join us for this and the other rucks that we have on a weekly basis to be better today.
