Morning Yoga at the Park

Hello beautiful people! Start the day with mindful movement and peaceful intentions. Join me for morning yoga at Chestnut Branch Park. This is an all levels class and Beginner friendly!

I will look to secure a spot in the shade if it's a super hot day. Class is weather permitting.

Bring mat, water, and any prop you may need.
