Pop up Session: Sound Bath under the Sea

Enjoy the tranquility of the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island aquatic environment by participating in a sound bath session in front of the shark habitat! For those who are new to sound baths, they are meditative practices that involve immersing oneself in sound, either alone or in a group. The sounds are meant to provide a therapeutic and restorative experience for your body and mind which can help to relieve some tension and stress.

Bring your own mat/blanket to lay on to enjoy the session. Dress comfortably.

All sessions start at 6PM; doors will open at 5:45PM.
