AUTHORPALOOZA @ DARE DAY!

The first Saturday in June means one thing- Dare Day! Which means one thing- Authorpalooza! Look for the Downtown Books Authorpalooza tent on June 7 from 11am to 4pm. We have a huge line-up of local authors this year- seven to be exact! - and they will be taking shifts signing books, greeting friends and meeting fans under the DB tent! Authors and books include- Robin Daniels Holt: My Daily Bounded Realm, John Railey: The Carolinian Murder at Nags Head; Jan Dawson: Tangled Lines; Angel Ellis Khoury: Manteo, A Roanoke Island Town; LeVern Davis Parker: Manteo in World War 2; Adrienne Palma: Murphy the Manatee and Piper the Brown Pelican; Kathleen Brehony: The Third Act. Dare Day is a fun, free event taking place throughout downtown Manteo. Bring the whole family and meet them in Manteo for a fun-filled day- and stop by the Authorpalooza tent!
