Spring Revival Walk - Free Event: Great Victorian Rail Trail

Shake off the winter blues and join us for WiNE Network’s very first Spring Revival Walk.

We’ll start the morning gently with a short mindfulness session, set our intentions together, and then head off for a refreshing walk along the scenic Mansfield Rail Trail.

It’s about connection, movement, and a bit of joy after the cold winter months – all at your own pace, all in good company.

What’s included:
9.00am mindfulness
9.30am walk and turnaround after 30min

BYO comfy shoes, a water bottle, and a friend.
