Sound Bath with Essential Oils Workshop

Join Te & Kimberly for a deeply relaxing class that blends the emotional support of essential oils with the healing resonance of a sound bath. You’ll be guided through an intentional sensory journey where carefully chosen oils are shared to support emotional release and balance, followed by a sound bath featuring soothing instruments designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner peace. You will also create a "make & take" essential oil gift to take home with you to use later.

No experience necessary—just come to rest, receive, and reset.
