The Reflection Wall Party is a guided, intentional experience designed to help you pause, reflect, and reset — emotionally, mentally, and practically.

This is not a traditional vision board party. Instead, we focus on identifying what has been blocking your clarity, draining your energy, or keeping you stuck. Through guided prompts and a shared Reflection Wall, you’ll have space to release what no longer serves you, get organized, and realign with what matters most — including your self-care.

This gathering is ideal for anyone navigating grief, transition, burnout, or simply needing space to reflect and refocus. Grief is not always tied to loss of life; it can show up through change, disappointment, unprocessed pain, or seasons that didn’t turn out as planned.

What to expect:

• Time to organize your thoughts, identify weaknesses, goals, and self-care needs
• Supportive community and conversation
• Tools to help you move forward with clarity and intention

Bring your laptop, planner, journal, calendar, or any tools that help you get organized.
