Rest your mind and get fully back into your body!
As you arrive, you'll be encouraged to get to know each other. There will be hot tea served to calm the soul as you get comfortable with one another. We will begin with building our main crystal grid together in ceremony. It is in this process that you'll feel the love of community joining together to support you.
This event works from the center of the room and pushes the energy out. It begins with a Reiki Grid in the middle of the room. This grid is sending the energy of the prominent stone of the night out to you.
On the floor are yoga mats (space is very limited) laid out to extend the grid further. Each person's stones are not the same because not everyone uses the same stone for the same chakras. Spirit chooses the stones before you arrive. It is all divinely pieced together.
Then, the music that I've chosen resonates with the individual chakras, one at a time.
In this time of healing & balance, you'll be seated on meditation cushions and yoga mats (please let me know if you need a chair). There will be personal crystals placed in front of you and clear quartz points around you to intensify the qualities of the quartz within you. The crystal grid that we built together will be in the center of the room, with the stones chosen for/by those of us present. A musical playlist will be chosen with seven songs, each resonating with each chakra.
This is where the magic happens! As the music plays, I will be moving through the room, giving Reiki energy to you as you feel and experience the vibration of the music and the stones. The time that you spend in silence together will be healing, not just the body, but your mind and emotional well-being, too.
