Explanation
Your off 1k off should be recovery so 1min slower than your prescribed Race Pace (RP) Ur first 1k on work up to and hold R.P
2nd 1k OFF again recovery run to feel (7:25)
2nd 1k ON 20 seconds faster than race pace build up to it (you’ve got 1k)
3rd and final 1k OFF recovery pace (7:25) mentally prepare for the last 1k
Final 1k ON is again at your prescribed race pace.
Example
if your race pace is 6:25 p/km then your set 1 and 3rd should be at This
Recovery should sit around 7:15km/7:25km
You fastest 1k (2nd On) should be at 6:05
