Our bodies are geared for sound, we're tuned for sound and it has profound affects on our physical body, our emotional and mental fields and our connection with spirit.
It naturally switches us from our sympathetic nervous system where we're in constant fight or flight to our parasympathetic nervous system where we rest and restore.

Renee has over 30 years experience.

All are welcomed to this session Bookings essential. Please bring a towel and/or cushion to be comfortable.
