What's the 6-Week Body Transformation Challenge?
This challenge is a program that provides accountability and motivation needed to make a big change in your body composition.
What is the timeline for the challenge?
For 6 weeks, participants will meet with April in person at North Peak Performance in Mannington, WV. The first weigh-in is on Saturday, January 3rd at 9am. Then meet weekly on Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:00pm. The final weigh-in is on Saturday, February 14th at 9am.
How do I win?
Whether you have a lot or a little to lose, you have a fair chance as the winner is determined by the highest percentage of body fat % lost. A second winner who acquires the most points during the challenge will be recognized.
Is it discreet?
Yes! You will not be asked to take photos in your underwear or weigh yourself in front of others. Only April will see your numbers and she will keep them confidential.
How much does it cost?
This challenge is $100. No Refunds. The entry fee must be paid in full on or before January 3rd. If you are a non-member of North Peak Performance, there will be a minimal fee for your 24/7 gym access during the 6-week challenge.
Do I have to attend every in-person meeting?
It is best to attend every meeting, however, if you can't attend a session upon occasion, no worries. In the sake of fairness, everyone MUST ATTEND the first meeting and the last meeting to get the starting body fat percentage and the ending body fat percentage. Also, you must be present on Thursdays to win the weekly prize.
How much is the cash prize?
The amount of the cash prizes will depend on the amount of participants as they will be 10% (body fat winner) and 5% (lifestyle winner) of the entry fees.
Are there any limitations?
The smart scale used to measure body fat percentage is not safe for pregnant women or people with pacemakers. Also, the scale's weight limit is 396 lbs.
