Yoga, Reflect & Connect classes at Little Manly are more than just movement.
They’re a space to slow down, breathe deeply and come back to yourself.

Each class combines three elements:

🧎‍♀️ A gentle vinyasa yoga flow to connect with your body and create balance and spaciousness from within.

🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation to calm the mind, connect to your true self and set yourself up for the day ahead.

📝 Journaling prompts to reflect, set intentions and build supportive habits on and off the mat.

And if you’d love to connect with other like-minded people, stay for a coffee or a refreshing swim after class ☕🌊
