After the quiet rest of winter, Bloom returns to welcome the arrival of spring.

For this first edition, we gather to celebrate life’s blossoming, celebrate the renewal to return to the pulse of nature, to gently open ourselves to others.

This time, we leave the trees, the flowers, the wind, the music and the sound be our guide inviting us to ground ourselves, find our breath and attune to the rhythms of the earth. Through a nature immersion and soft, grounding movements, we’ll ease our way out of hibernation, gently awakening our energy to prepare to dance and blossom once more.

Because blooming has no age, children are welcome too 🌸. You’re invited to bring your little ones (6 years and up) to share in the experience. During the sound healing, Sarah will be holding space for the kids with fun and creative activities in nature, so you can fully relax and immerse yourself.

Solfa, an ardent music enthusiast and DJ, discovered enchantment and significance in the realm of sound and vibration. Following her training in sound healing, she directed her focus toward creating sonic experiences, utilizing a fusion of instruments. From shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, wind chimes to ocean drums, this harmonious interplay of melodies and frequencies is designed to evoke a sense of lightness and relaxation while stimulating your auditory sense and curiosity.

Sarah, a nature lover and avid life and Earth explorer, is the Founder and Director of Healing with Nature, a certified EcoTourism business. Her business is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through nature immersions. As a certified Forest Therapy Guide (INFTA), Beyond Blue Business Supporter, Mental Health First Aider, and an energetic healer (Reiki) and alchemist, she leads immersive nature experiences that foster deeper and sacred connections to nature, self, and community. Her gentle, guiding approach inspires a sense of awe, wonder, curiosity and love for nature, leaving participants feeling more present, grounded, and uplifted by nature's beauty and energy.
