This will be a perfect time to perfect your Self-Reiki techniques, and to ask yourself the next question, "Am I an Energy Healer too", and "If so, should I look into becoming certified?", "Do I have to be certified to help people?", "What if I just want to help my loved ones when they need extra comfort during hard times?... we'll get into all that plus more than you can imagine.


*Some of the basics of energy healing in its many forms, with a focus on the Japanese modality of Reiki, roughly meaning universal life force.
