Preparing for Lammas – A Ritual Workshop with Echo
Join us in community as we prepare sacred space for Lammas, the first harvest. This immersive workshop led by Echo, from YeoDragon Wellness, offers a morning of ritual crafting, energetic attunement, & guided reflection to honor the turning of the wheel.
Together we will:
• Cast a sacred circle & call in the goddesses of the season — Demeter, Tailtiu, & Renenutet
• Create a traditional hag torch with mullein & seasonal herbs to burn on August 1st
• Blend a personal flower essence remedy from vibrational plant allies
• Experience a guided visual meditation connecting you to the rhythms of the land, your body, & your sacred harvest
After the workshop, Echo will offer intuitive Plant Spirit Oracle Readings to deepen your seasonal insights.
