Join us for a 45-minute outdoor Pilates session led by Kelsey Long, overlooking beautiful downtown Mankato and the Silos! This Pilates class is a low-impact workout that focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through controlled movements.

This class will focus on strengthening your core, glutes, and improving overall mobility. It’s perfect for all fitness levels—whether you're new to Pilates or a regular on the mat.
