If you are feeling a bit out of whack, and need some down time, this Heartfelt Sound Journey is designed to bring you back to balance.
Slowing down and being in the moment will allow you to really become one with the sounds and vibrations of my instruments and my voice.
Allow me to take you into the Ether with my voice, medicine drums, ocean drum, rain stick, Native American flute, tongue drum, Koshi chimes,Tibetan singing bowls and rattle. The sounds of Nature will add her own song.
I will guide you on a Heartfelt Journey to bring balance to your chakras, deep relaxation of your body and calmness in your mind.
We naturally have a strong connection to the beat of the medicine drum. My rhythms on my drum will connect with each chakra, bringing resonance and balance within them. This is where the magic is.
When we allow the frequencies and vibrations of my insturments to enter the body, our brain undergoes something called Entrainment. Your brain will begin to vibrate and match these frequencies and vibrations. Your brain will then send these messages of a higher vibration to your whole body allowing healing to happen at a cellular level.
Each of my sessions are different, intuitively delivered as I pick up gentle shifts in the instruments and messages from spirit as to what the group requires as a whole.
What to bring -
-Yoga mat
-Eye pillow if you have one
-A throw rug or something to keep you warm
-Water
-An open heart.
Feel free to bring anything else that will allow you to snuggle down and feel comfortable.
