Join us for our November Think & Drink as we honor the 50th anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald. This event will take place at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum on November 6th, starting at 6:30 p.m. Join us for an evening with Ric Mixter as he explores the terrifying power of November storms on the Great Lakes. Attendees can also explore cultural memorabilia and historic photographs of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
Drawing on decades of research, rare survivor interviews, and firsthand diving experiences on famous wrecks like the Edmund Fitzgerald and Carl Bradley, Ric Mixter brings the history and mystery of these deadly storms to life. He is an award-winning researcher, diver, and historian of the Great Lakes, with over 30 years of experience exploring the region's most notorious shipwrecks. Known for his engaging presentations and deep archival research, Ric has brought rare underwater footage and firsthand survivor accounts to audiences across the Midwest.
