Business Breakfast Series- From the Deck to Boardroom: Navigating Leadership Challenges

The Wisconsin Maritime Museum is offering businesses in the Manitowoc and surrounding county areas an opportunity to join other companies for networking and vital leadership lessons that will impact your business in the coming year.

October's speaker, Tim Dittloff, Director of Development at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum, uses his Teams on Course ® coaching to help leaders engage unproductive team members. He offers SEAsoning ® at key moments through experiential learning from ocean passages, regattas, Navy SEALS, and boardrooms.

He is a Coast Guard Captain, sailing instructor, and certified trainer through Franklin Covey, LRN, and Maxwell Leadership. He owns Full Sail Leadership Academy, and his upcoming book, co-authored with retired Captain John Doolittle USN (SEAL), shares leadership lessons.
