The Chamber of Manitowoc County is proud to announce a new professional development series designed to help local employers strengthen their workplace culture and upskill their employees in essential soft skills.
In partnership with Better Culture, this engaging series focuses on 20 core tenets of high-performing teams—including traits like being coachable, welcoming, and learning to own it and fix it. Each session will explore practical ways individuals can contribute to a more positive, productive, and accountable work environment.
The 20 Tenets of Culture course equips your employees with practical leadership skills that elevate morale, communication, and collaboration across your team.
Who should attend?
This series is designed for emerging leaders, rising stars, team leads/supervisors, mid-level managers, and/or anyone who influences your workplace culture. Whether they hold a formal leadership title or not, participants will walk away with the tools to lead with intention and model the values that shape a thriving organization.
