Turtle Flambeau Flowage Historic and Naturalist Pontoon Evening Tour With Pizza! (5:30 pm - 9:00 pm)

Join Manitowish Waters Historical Society member Jim Bokern and NLDC Naturalist Hannah Thorpe on a sunset pontoon tour of the Turtle Flambeau Flowage (TFF). The trip will depart from Springstead Landing and explore the histories, rich natural beauty and resources of the 13,000 acre Scenic Waters Area during the magical hours before sunset. Some bound historic images for personal viewing will be shared to better illustrate the history and cultural traditions of the area. Bring your preferred beverages and enjoy a pizza dinner on the pontoon boat from the Birches Resort.


Registration required by 7/21/25 . $80 ($75 members of the NLDC or MWHS) (Price includes pizza dinner). Participants will receive an email with more information prior to the trip. Bring beverage of choice. Bathrooms available
