Mental Health and the Church: A Call to Compassion and Care

Mental health isn’t always an easy topic to talk about. Many of us may feel uncertain about what to say or how to offer support—worried we might say the wrong thing. But that’s exactly why we need to start having these conversations more often.

As a church community, it’s important for us to understand the realities of mental health and begin breaking down the misconceptions that we have.
