Turning Point Virtual Learning: Group Watch

Join us for Meadowlark Cancer Program's October Group Watch titled "Calm, Cool, and Collected: Tips for Helping the Body Recover on the Go" at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, in the KSU Classroom at Meadowlark, 2121 Meadowlark Rd., Manhattan, Kan.

Learn evidence-based skills to calm the stress response and help your nervous system recover on the go. Knowing how to recover in the moment helps ease mental and physical exhaustion and improves your ability to process emotions. We will discuss and practice several strategies in class. Participants will engage with the facilitator to identify and tailor strategies to fit unique situations. Meadowlark Cancer Program participants will watch this session together in the KSU Classroom at Meadowlark. Registration is not required.
