Team Building & Connection Workshop

Join us in this unique team-building workshop lead by Leana Tank, MSOTR- an occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with mental health conditions.

Step into a unique team building experience where horses become partners in cultivating presence, resilience, and authentic connection. This half-day workshop blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation practices, and the wisdom of equine-assisted learning. Through ground exercises, HeartMath coherence techniques, and collaborative horse training, rooted in traditions of training that can be traced back thousands of years, participants will discover how to reduce stress, attune to others without judgment, and foster deeper trust within their team. Guided by the gentle feedback of horses, your group will leave with practical tools for calm focus, emotional regulation, and collaborative problem-solving that extend far beyond the arena.
