Getting Your Subject Out of Their Shell - Best Practices with EVERYDAY Models

More often than not, we portrait photographers aren't shooting the winners of America’s Next Top Model. We deal with everyday people for family portraits, engagements, headshots, etc. As professionals it's our job to make our subjects feel comfortable and help them get out of their shell, since being in front of the camera doesn’t always come naturally.

This workshop will go over best practices when photographing the everyday person from go-to poses, how to be prepared with your settings, and how to speak to and direct your subjects.
