What to bring:

Yoga mat, bolster and blanket will be provided. Please bring water, or anything else you need to make yourself comfortable while lying down. We also suggest wearing comfortable clothing.

Agenda:

• 15 min- "Communi-Tea". We will enjoy some tea together while going over any questions you may have about the Entrainment Light Expererience.
• 1 hour- Meditation and Sound Bath with Stroboscopic light.
• 15 min- Closing circle and Integration.

Doors open 15 minutes before we begin. Please try to arrive early to allow time for parking and to get settled and comfortable. We will start promptly at 7pm.
