Join us for the Project Pulse Study Session on Tuesday, August 26 at 5:00 PM at City Hall.

We’ll discuss the future of the Lot 3 site (Morningside Drive and 12th Street) and 400 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, and gather your ideas on how these spaces can best serve our community.
