🕖 parkrun start: 7:00am at Capestone Lake, Lakeside Crescent, Capestone Estate, Mango Hill (free, timed 5km walk/run – all ages and abilities).

☕ Coffee catch-up: Meet 7:45am out the front of Degani Capestone (Shop 13, 67 Capestone Boulevard, Mango Hill). We’ll grab a table, debrief on the run, and hang out.

What to do before the day
If you’re new to parkrun, register once for free at parkrun.com.au and bring your barcode so your time is recorded.
