Perfect for residents in our southern suburbs, this eight-week program offers a convenient and welcoming space to build strength, improve flexibility, and find calm — without travelling far from home.
Led by an experienced instructor, Vinyasa Yoga focuses on flowing movement, breath awareness, and mindful transitions. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, this class supports all levels with modifications and guidance throughout.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat and drink bottle. The class is held in a relaxed, community-focused environment where you can move at your own pace and connect with others.
The group fitness classes (Yoga, Boomers Fitness and Wiggle It Fitness) are free for MARC members on eligible memberships: Fit for All, Fit for Gym and Fit for Student.
