StrokeSafe Presentation – Learn How to Prevent Stroke

Every 19 minutes, someone in Australia experiences a stroke. In 2020, more than 27,000 Australians had a stroke for the first time. But the good news is that up to 80% of strokes are preventable with the right knowledge and lifestyle choices.

Join Kerry Beake, a Volunteer StrokeSafe Speaker from the Stroke Foundation, for an informative and potentially life-saving session. Learn about:

• What stroke is and how to recognise the warning signs.
• What to do if you or someone else is having a stroke.
• How to reduce your risk and protect the people you love.

This session is a must for anyone wanting to take control of their health and be prepared in an emergency. Don’t miss it!
