Somatic Yin & Yoga Nidra Immersion

A nurturing morning to yourself! 2 hrs & 30 mins to completely destress and unwind the body. To slow down, connect to the breath, unravel the tension and melt the taut muscles.

Yin yoga works with the fascia, the connective tissues that coat your bones, muscles and fibres. It’s the information highway to the organs, brain and particularly to regulate into the parasympathetic system whilst harmonising the sympathetic. It’s a deeply therapeutic and meditative practise.

With Yin, we hold the postures for a few minutes and allow the softening to come naturally under a gentle compression of release. Combine with Yoga Nidra known as Yogic sleep, you have the perfect partner to deeply rest & digest creating an organic reset for the body and mind.
