Monthly Sound Healing

On the 3rd Wednesday of every month, join us and immerse yourself in the vibrational tunes of sound healing and shift blocks, cleanse your aura, realign your chakras and bring about a deep sense of peace, relaxation and wellbeing. Enjoy healing in a welcoming and warm setting and embrace the community feel of a group healing session. Each session is carefully choregraphed to bring about the most effective and enjoyable healing as possible. Enjoy the soothing sounds of multiple crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, koshi bells, rains sticks, tribal, panda and tongue drums; and a native American flute.

Bring a mat, pillows and blankets (or anything else you’d like to ensure your comfort). Pjs are totally acceptable!
