Enjoy a stroll around the newly refurbished and reimagined Exchange Hotel in the heart of Pinjarra. Hear about the history of the building, the challenges of restoring an old building and become familiar with our boutique distillery. You’ll finish your tour with a gin of your choice (or other drink if you don’t like beautifully crafted, locally produced, high quality beverages)
