Daffodil Day Dip

Inspired by one of our amazing Pilates clients, who is doing the Daffodil Day Dip this Sunday, I figured why not get behind a great cause.

Cancer affects 1 in 2 Aussies, so we all know someone who's been through or is going through this battle, including many of our HealThy Self family.

Christine and her team are doing the cold plunge this Sunday 17th August at 9.15am at Avalon Beach. If you're free, come down and support us, and donate to help the Cancer Council help the families supporting those suffering with this dreaded disease.

Please note: if ocean conditions are particularly rough, we will be swapping to Manmade Beach in Wannanup where it is a little more protected.
