Bunkai (Applications) Workshop

We are conducting a follow up Bunkai (Practical Applications) workshop addressing the kata: Gekisai Ichi and Saifa. Students will be able to train on a series of flowing/connecting drills to apply self defence applications based on the kata.
Students attending must know Gekisai and or Saifa. Invitations go out to Goju Ryu and Shito Ryu style students.
Focus is on teaching the techniques to engage in the applications of the kata and to improve close quarter fighting/self defence skills.
Cost is $10 per person.
Class will be in G Block, please wear street clothes, bring a mouth guard.
