Each circle follows our signature structure, designed to ground you, open your heart and reconnect you with your intuition and inner power:

• Guided Sharing Circle to speak your truth and be witnessed without judgement
• Oracle Card Practice to tune into your intuition
• Energetic Healing using the Inherited Release Method (IRM) to shift stored emotion and realign your energy
• Creative Ritual or Craft to integrate your healing with your hands and heart.
No two circles are ever exactly the same - the theme, prompts and ritual will shift but the safety, structure and sacredness remain.
