Tap dance/Strength and Conditioning

this class will coincide with Glee club. on Thursdays while students are singing in Glee, older teens and adults have the option to come work out while they wait.
it's a great workout, plus you can learn something new (tap dancing) or refresh your memory on steps you once new.

taught by grier, our lifetime achievement CAST kid who is now a student at AMDA, this class will only be offered till mid October
it's a drop in class, so feel free to stop on in for a great workout. $10 per person.
